I will continue to do music and comedy together – Carter Efe

Joseph Oderhohwo, a.k.a. Carter Efe, is a Nigerian singer and skit creator who has opened up out about his intense bond with music, referring to it as a supernatural gift from God.

Carter Efe, who just dropped the disagreeable song “Baby Piano,” also explained why he isn’t giving up comedy to pursue music full-time.

In a recent interview, the father of one discussed how humour and music come together for him with ease in Punch’s Saturday Beats. He talked about the ways in which being a parent inspired him to pursue his artistic ambitions.

Carter claims that comedy and music are comparable, with music being God’s gift to him, and he has no intention of switching from one to the other.

“Music is a gift from God to me,” he declared. I never imagined that my song, “states and capital,” would become as popular as it did. Since I am a comedian, I am aware that the song is humorous. Usually, I trust my gut. I also give another artist a call when I feel like it. I don’t see a distinction between humour and music, and I never will.

He considered the effects that becoming well-known has had on his life. He complained that he was too visible to enjoy life’s little pleasures anymore.

“In the past, I could go play football outside or go on a stroll to take care of myself. I am unable to get through whatever now. Carter remarked, “I miss a lot of things, but as long as I am getting money, I am alright.

Carter Efe went on to say that having a child has changed the way he approaches things and has forced him to cut back on some activities, including sharing videos of himself dancing in his boxers online.

He continued, saying I’ve changed the way I do things since becoming a father. I no longer do some of the things I used to do, like sharing videos of uploading dance vids of himself wearing boxers.

He went on to say I’ve changed the way I do things since becoming a father. Some of the things I used to do, like dance in videos I posted online and wear boxers just, are things I no longer do. Being a father has forced me to improve my skills. Additionally, people become weary with time, so I can’t keep performing the same things
