The mission of this piece is not only to strengthen the records for posterity, but to also remind Nigerians of the existence of clowns and charlatans on the political space with heavily dented reputations masquerading as politicians steadily drowning to political oblivion.
I came across a posted video clip that went viral, accompanied by an attempt to portray Hon Yakubu Dogara as an accomplice of Babachir David Lawal and FCT Minister, Nyeson Wike, in the project of de-marketing Atiku Abubakar (ADC Presidential Candidate).
The crafted message was well understood, deserving no further explanation or answer. When insanity and desperation take the centre stage, mischief makers and detractors waste their energies on the publication of garbage to smear the reputations of their imaginary foes and trumpeting same with the intent to have public sympathy under, the guise of politics.
If it can be recalled, that was a video clip that went viral nearly four years ago when Dogara was running from post to post, interacting with credible political players and battling the odds to stabilize the polity against any possible breach of peace for the Muslim-Muslim APC presidential ticket that almost created a sharp division between Christians and Muslims across the land.
But, little did the mischief makers know that the targeted audience so much hate to join issues with them for mistaken equalization but instead, react decently albeit patriotically. Our intention is not to operate on the same page with Dino Melaye, whose only primary responsibility in life is to ridicule the reputation of accomplished personalities that share opposing ideology to his, albeit for cheap political gain.
Although, one can neither be surprised nor believe the intention of the negativity, laced with religious sentiment crafted to dent the relationship built over the years between Northern Muslims and Yakubu Dogara and the reactions of Atiku’s kinsmen (Fulani).
Dino’s confused and wretched sponsors languish in fear of the rising profile of Yakubu Dogara, who labored to print his name in gold not only in Bauchi State, but in the North-east sub-region, Northern Region and the other geo-political zones of Nigeria.
The action of Dino overtime has exposed his mindset on the mutual understanding that exists from trust between Nyeson Wike and Dogara built over the years out of patriotism and resistance to primitive brands of frustrations he went through from his betrayers who burnt the midnight oil to plan his political downfall now resorting to reposting history.
There is no gainsaying that with the emergence of Atiku as ADC 2027 Presidential Candidate, the party was thrown into the quagmire of extricating itself from the maniac stranglehold of demented ethno-religious and political power mongers and their half-educated parasites who want to turn the polity into a political minefield for blood to flow and quench their insatiable quest to possibly remain overheating the polity along regional-religious lines.
If there is any doubt that these elements would retrace their self destruct mission to ignite an upheaval that may consume the nascent democracy to satisfy their debilitating deranged quest to remain relevant against the collective interest of the people by any means, to the people’s inalienable right to express their opinion targeted at ridiculing respected leaders would have, put any doubt to rest by the posting of the inconsequential Dino.
Dino had earlier struggled in vain to smear the reputation of Yakubu Dogara without justification other than the madness of envy, personal hatred and parochial interest that has defied medical treatment.
Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara’s ‘offence’ to Dino and the urchins cruising in a sinking ship is that he has resisted their mischief over the years with dexterity and passion, forged ahead to achieve greatness against their wish and treats them with nuisance value.
The other reason is that Yakubu Dogara has, within his capacity as an illustrious son of Nigeria, shown tremendous sympathy and concern for the progress of his ancestral home and the Nigerian State.
He answered the clarion call of Nigerians to service across party affiliation, tribal and religious divides and openly disagrees with the sadistic opinions of ethno-religious jingoists to flourish.
Within the period of his stay as a National Lawmaker, he received accolades for good performance from every segment of Nigeria without strings.
Although Dino cannot be said to have educational deficiency and exposure, his brand of mischief enslaves and retards the progress of peaceful co-existence, the democracy, and good representation, which we MUST, as a bond to the people, say.
Since his mischievous hatred started to manifest, it has evidently failed to achieve its aim other than overheating the polity within his enclave and threatening the peace for retrogression and return of political hooliganism and vandalism.
What the public reads, watches, and hears from Dino are the usual folktales from his narrow imagination.
He has, through insincerity, inexperience, and greed, personalized politics along an ethno-religious divide as well as settling imaginary scores at the detriment of service.
While his peers in other climes are busy supporting accomplished leaders with passion, he has chosen the path of dishonor to meddle in less important issues and make baseless attempts to create hatred unjustifiably.
The people are painfully watching his dangerous antics who has arrogated to himself a questionable holier-than-thou posture, calling to the question and ridicule the integrity of his targets based on wild, unsubstantiated and reckless ignorance and generally pandering to the whims and caprices of his paymaster in a diabolical desire to libelously slander them to drag others into their imaginable fight to overshadow those at the helm of affairs at the struggle for a better Nigeria.
Many were mistaken, as rather than see reason and take the path of honor to put a stop to their stupid and dangerous hallucination; the busybody, having sensed danger and watching their evil plans up in smoke, took his infamy to a very ridiculous level of blackmail.
The low character has gone haywire with a tinge of insomnia and desperation in his riot squad to further malign Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara and all he stands for the unity of Nigeria.
Dino is no doubt ending up cutting the pitiable picture of a nonentity to justify being a political clown.
He has left no one in doubt that he is on a character assassination mission on behalf of his like minds that are watching their house of lies and mischief crumbling fast.
From his antecedents over the years, he has failed to realize the maxim that says those who want to come to equity must do so with clean hands.
He has religiously made it a duty to always attempt to dent the reputation of responsible and respected personalities.
Part of Dino’s known style is the unnecessary bashings and mischief to score cheap goals against the innocent persons.
The video posted was indeed tactless, hypocritical and murderous. It was a meeting for the stability of Nigerian State.
Or else how can one situate the madness to twist facts and severally attack the person of an adorned politician and a strong pillar to the restoration of peace and unity in the polity who has been laboring to stabilize the system, ignoring the shenanigans of Dino Melaye as a waste of his man-hours planning mischief to feast on?
As an illustrious son on a rescue mission Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara has all along avoided joining issues with his detractors and their masters for the good of the polity and peaceful co-existence.
His silence must have infuriated Dino to launch his spurious attack on anyone that sticks to decency.
Those against the mutual understanding between Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara and Nyeson Wike are at liberty to fight him endlessly including kindergarten attacks dropping from social media postings of Dino.
Gangsterism, media attacks and threats against innocent persons cannot discourage Dogara from his project of salvation. This the drowning Dino should know!
What Dino and his power-mongers love doing best is throwing the polity into confusion to disrupt the peace, only to cry aloud seeking salvation nocturnally typical of hypocrites.
We are stakeholders in the progress and peaceful existence of Nigeria and we have vowed to remain steadfast until we consign the butchers trying to butcher Nigeria to the dust bin of history in 2027.
Rt. Hon. Dogara shall undoubtedly continue to ignore any threat of intimidation by maintaining silence and serving steadily with passion.
Finally, being responsible Nigerians that stand for justice, we have no extra time to respond to any garbage from any clown knowing the usual hand behind the treachery.
That notwithstanding, before we start our own, Dino should know that throughout his years in politics, Dogara’s integrity and credibility have never been doubted or put to question.
He had never been associated with any ethno-religious difference and shall not be. Let Dino equally say so.
Rt. Hon. Dogara is an accomplished person busy building others and stabilizing the polity for a better Nigeria without strings attached.
That cannot be doubted or debated!
