As early as 5 AM, the Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum, personally visited victims of the recent flooding in the Gwange II area.
The affected individuals have been taking refuge at the Sheikh Shariff Ibrahim Saleh Mosque after the floods displaced them from their homes
During his visit on Saturday, Governor Zulum showed his support by providing both food and non-food items to help the victims cope with the challenges they are facing.
His early morning appearance was aimed at offering immediate relief and assessing the situation firsthand, demonstrating his commitment to the welfare of the flood victims.
