Former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad Dies in Saudi Arabia

Former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad (retd.) has died.
He passed away on Tuesday morning at a hospital in Saudi Arabia after a period of illness.
His death was confirmed by a close source and in an official condolence statement issued by the Nigerian Association of Muslim Law Students (NAMLAS).
The association described his passing as a major loss to the Nigerian judiciary, the legal profession, and the nation.
Justice Muhammad, a former head of the judiciary, was praised for his integrity, commitment to justice, and mentorship of young legal minds.
He is survived by family members and leaves behind a lasting legacy in Nigeria’s legal history.
