Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has moved on to challenge Afrobeats Singer Wizkid, following his recent celebrity boxing victory.
This happened just a day after he received a ₦50 million prize for defeating singer Portable.
The skitmaker was presented with the cash reward on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the residence of businessman Emeka Okonkwo in Lagos. The payment followed his win at the “Chaos in the Ring 4” event held on May 1, 2026, where he was declared champion of celebrity boxing.
Shortly after collecting the prize, Carter Efe publicly challenged Afrobeats singer Wizkid to a boxing match. He made the statement during a livestream session attended by musicians Kcee and associates.
“The person I want to fight now is Wizkid, and I want his son, Boluwatife, to be there too. Let him come and collect the championship from me if he is man enough,” he said.
The challenge follows a long-standing grievance by Carter Efe, who had earlier accused Wizkid of failing to support him after he released a tribute song titled “Manchala.”
Despite the remarks, Wizkid has not issued any response. The singer has largely ignored similar comments from the streamer in the past, and there has been no official reaction to the latest boxing challenge as of May 7, 2026.
Carter Efe is a Nigerian skitmaker, streamer, and online personality known for comedy videos and livestreams. He gained wider attention in 2022 with the viral song “Machala,” a tribute to Wizkid, and has since remained active in entertainment and social media.
