Scottish-Nigerian actress Caroline Hutchings has shared her experiences following her divorce from ex-husband Musa Danjuma.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, she revealed that she lost her identity and dreams after the divorce. She described how the separation forced her to start over, dealing with discrimination and rejection.

“I was once a promising makeup artist, hair expert, actress, film producer, and fashion consultant. I was CEO of Luxury Addict and Kinetic Media. But I lost my identity and dreams because of the divorce.
“I left everything for my sanity. I began my journey from scratch, facing fake rumors, discrimination, rejection, and uncertainty at 29 years old.
“Women who’ve been through similar experiences rarely talk about it. It’s a bittersweet journey to an unknown place. This is my story,” she wrote.
Caroline married Musa in 2007 and they divorced in 2016 after nine years together.
