Nigerian musician and Grammy Award winner, Burna Boy has unveiled a football academy with training centers in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja.
The academy, which caters to players aged 4 to 15 as well as those between 16 and 21, features junior teams with locations in Lekki and Surulere in Lagos, as well as in Abuja and Port Harcourt.
The academy’s vision, shared on its website, is to create an environment where children can learn football fundamentals alongside education, discipline, and technique, aiming for excellence both in sport and in life. They also emphasize the importance of involving parents in sports education, highlighting its value alongside academic achievements.
