A fire broke out on Sunday at Terminal 2 of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos State.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) confirmed the incident, stating that its fire service officials responded swiftly to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading.
According to FAAN, no lives were lost and no injuries were recorded as a result of the fire.
The authority added that investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the incident.
