Suspected bandits have reportedly kidnapped several residents, including men, women, and children, in Waramu community of Anka Local Government Area, Zamfara State.
Sources said the attack occurred on Friday night when the gunmen stormed the community and whisked away an unspecified number of residents to an unknown destination.
As of the time of filing this report, authorities are yet to issue an official statement on the incident, while efforts to ascertain the exact number of victims are ongoing
