BREAKING: ASUU Suspends Warning Strike, Issues Four-Week Ultimatum to FG

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has suspended its two-week warning strike.

ASUU President, Prof. Chris Piwuna, announced the decision at a press conference in Abuja on Wednesday, stating that the suspension takes effect from midnight, October 22, 2025.

Piwuna, however, warned that the union would not hesitate to resume the strike if the Federal Government fails to meet its demands within the next four weeks.
