Belgium national team head coach Domenico Todesco has revealed the heartbreaking information about Manchester City midfielder Kevin Debruyne, who has been ruled out for their next international game due to a groin injury.Â
Kevin Debruyne was subbed off in the earliest minutes of the second half of City’s game against Liverpool last Sunday at Anfield.
“He’s been playing with a minor groin issue in the last games. I spoke to the doctor and Kevin, we decided the risk was too big”, says Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco.
“It’s better to give him time to recover well at City and have him ready for the Euros in the summer”, he added.
