The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has boasted that the ruling party is poised for a resounding victory in the 2027 presidential election.
Yilwatda, who also projected that the APC would capture more states in the next general elections, made the declaration on Thursday in Abuja while hosting the Women Leaders Support Advancement, a political advocacy group pushing for greater female inclusion in governance.
He linked his confidence to what he described as the “growing nationwide acceptance” of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
“Our party is fully prepared for the future, and by the grace of God, the APC will win convincingly in 2027,” Yilwatda said.
The APC chairman maintained that Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda had expanded opportunities for women and young people, adding that the administration’s policies align with Nigerians’ call for more inclusive governance.
