APC Chairmen advise Tinubu to oust ineffective security heads

The leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmen Forum recently spoke about their concerns regarding the high number of kidnappings happening in Nigeria.

They advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to take action against security leaders who haven’t been doing their jobs properly.

Alphonsus Oga Eba, the Secretary of the Forum, shared thoughts about the recent kidnapping of school children in Kaduna State. He mentioned that it’s a serious issue adding to the overall insecurity in the country.

The APC Chairmen are worried because these criminal activities are affecting the government and their party’s reputation.

They praised President Tinubu for supporting the security agencies both morally and financially.

However, they suggested that it’s time to hold people accountable for their actions. They believe that if any security official, like a district Police Officer or a Commissioner of Police, is not doing their job well, President Tinubu should take strong action against them.

The APC Chairmen also talked about the crisis happening within the party’s Edo chapter after the governorship primaries.

They described it as a small problem that they are working hard to solve within the party’s leadership.

They are making efforts to address all the concerns and disagreements at the party level.
