Adamawa APC blames Binani for party’s guber poll loss

Binani sues INEC

The Adamawa State Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is upset with their Gubernatorial candidate, Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani, for their loss in the Governorship election. They blame Binani for not cooperating with the party and causing divisions.

Party officials say Binani’s behavior during the campaign, like ignoring party members and using non-APC people, hurt their chances of winning.

They also criticize Binani for supporting the unconstitutional declaration of another candidate, Barr Yunusa Ari Hudu.

The party leaders expressed frustration at Binani’s unwillingness to reconcile with the party before the election.

The APC officials emphasize the importance of unity within the party before future elections.

They believe that resolving internal conflicts is essential for success. Despite their loss, they remain confident in the strength of the APC in Adamawa State and urge party members to work together for future victories.

Party Chairman Barrister Idris condemns the process of Binani becoming the party’s candidate and criticizes the way the campaign was conducted. He believes that despite their challenges, the APC remains strong in Adamawa State.

“We must stand, work, and unite for the progress of party supremacy. Let’s change the notion that APC will not exist without Binani. God’s willing PDP will be a history in Adamawa State.” Idris said

Idris accuses the ruling party of using money to influence the outcome of the Mayo Belwa State House of Assembly rerun election.

He claims that despite their efforts, the APC was not successful due to the government’s interference.

However, he finds solace in the party’s success in other court cases, where they gained additional House of Representatives members.

He expresses concern over losing the Senate seat in the Northern Senatorial District but remains hopeful for future elections.

The APC officials blame Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani for their loss in the Governorship election and stress the importance of unity within the party for future success. They remain optimistic about the APC’s prospects in Adamawa State despite challenges faced during the election.
