The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released its detailed timetable for party congresses and the National Convention ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to the party’s National Secretary, Ajibola Basiru, notices for Ward and Local Government Congresses will be issued on February 2, 2026, with the sale and submission of forms set for February 4–9.
Ward Congresses are slated for February 18, followed by Local Government Congresses on February 20. Appeals arising from these elections will be addressed between February 21 and 22.
The calendar continues with State Congresses on March 7 and Zonal Congresses across the six geopolitical zones on March 21.
The party’s internal election process will culminate with the National Convention from March 25–28, setting the stage for APC’s preparations for the 2027 polls.
