FA Cup Fourth-round Draw Revealed

—

As the tournament nears its final rounds, the Football Association has released the whole lineup for the FA Cup fourth round, with 16 matches planned for Saturday, February 14, 2026.

In one of just two all-Premier League meetings, Aston Villa will host Newcastle United at Villa Park as the headline tie of the round. The meeting brings back a well-known FA Cup rivalry, with Villa having the historical edge from their earlier matches in the tournament.

Elsewhere, Chelsea will play Hull City in a tie of heightened interest as Tigers boss Liam Rosenior confronts his previous team following a 2024 leaving for Strasbourg.

At the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal will welcome Wigan Athletic; Liverpool will have a tough home test versus Brighton at Anfield.

National League team Macclesfield’s magical run continues with a home match against Brentford after eliminating holders Crystal Palace; Manchester City has been given a home tie against either Salford City or Swindon Town at the Etihad Stadium.

FA Cup Fixtures:

  • Liverpool vs Brighton

  • Stoke City vs Fulham

  • Oxford United vs Sunderland

  • Southampton vs Leicester City

  • Wrexham vs Ipswich Town

  • Arsenal vs Wigan Athletic

  • Hull City vs Chelsea

  • Burton Albion vs West Ham

  • Burnley vs Mansfield Town

  • Norwich City vs West Bromwich Albion

  • Port Vale vs Bristol City

  • Grimsby Town vs Wolves

  • Aston Villa vs Newcastle United

  • Manchester City vs Salford City or Swindon Town

  • Macclesfield vs Brentford

  • Birmingham City vs Leeds United

Given the excellent blend of top-flight quality and lower-league plots, The News Chronicle gathered that broadcasters are already eyeing several of the fixtures for live coverage, especially the Villa-Newcastle match and Macclesfield’s encounter with Brentford.

Other prominent matchups include Wolverhampton traveling to Grimsby Town, Birmingham City welcoming Leeds United, and Wrexham taking on Ipswich Town, therefore emphasizing the competition’s distinctive mix of elite teams and little hope.

The fourth round guarantees another intriguing chapter in the world’s oldest cup competition as Premier League heavyweights and giant killers are still in the mix.
