Former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad (retd.) has died.
He passed away on Tuesday morning at a hospital in Saudi Arabia after a period of illness.
His death was confirmed by a close source and in an official condolence statement issued by the Nigerian Association of Muslim Law Students (NAMLAS).
The association described his passing as a major loss to the Nigerian judiciary, the legal profession, and the nation.
