The Guinness World Records has recognized Nigerian chef Hilda Baci for cooking the biggest pot of jollof rice ever made on Friday.
Hilda achieved this milestone in September when she prepared the largest single pot of the popular West African dish.
Jollof rice is a favorite meal across countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
The 28-year-old chef first became famous in 2023 after setting the record for the longest solo cooking marathon, which lasted 93 hours and 11 minutes.
