President Bola Tinubu has commiserated with elder statesman and former minister of defence, Professor Iya Abubakar, over the dead of his wife, Ummu Abubakar.
According to a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, the deceased, who was also the mother-in-law of the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, will be remembered for her devotion to God and dedication to family values.
While urging her family to maintain the good name the deceased left behind, President Tinubu prayed for the repose of the soul of the 78-year-old who passed away in Abuja.
