Hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg, pop star Billie Eilish, and the famous rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to perform at the Paris Olympic Games Closing Ceremony on Sunday, according to Variety.
On August 8, the outlet reported that these three artists will take part in the handoff of the Summer Olympic Games from Paris to Los Angeles, California. Their performances will be a mix of pre-recorded and live segments.
Additionally, Variety mentioned that Hollywood actor Tom Cruise will perform a stunt during the closing ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass will accept the Olympic Torch and bring it back to Los Angeles, which will host the 2028 Summer Olympic Games.
All three performers, Snoop Dogg, Billie Eilish, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, are from Los Angeles. Snoop Dogg also carried the Olympic Torch before the Paris Games’ opening ceremony.
