BBNaija’s reality star, Groovy, has spoken out about the public’s perception of him regarding his relationships with Beauty Tukura and Phyna.
Many have speculated that he strategically used these relationships to gain an advantage in the show.
However, Groovy dismisses these claims, asserting that he remained true to himself throughout his time in the BBNaija house. Despite being involved with Beauty, who was disqualified early on, and later with the season’s winner, Phyna, Groovy maintains that he was kind, loyal, and honest.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, Groovy addressed the misconceptions, stating, “I feel there has been a certain perception of me in the public eye because of my relationships in the house. I want to clarify that I stayed true to myself. I was caring and loyal, and I did not deceive anybody.”
He emphasized that winning the show was not worth compromising his integrity or hurting anyone. Groovy also reflected on the reunion, seeing it as an opportunity for reconciliation and mutual understanding.
“In the reunion, I spoke my truth because I am a genuine person. I believe in honesty and transparency,” Groovy remarked.
