A brand-new armoured Rezvani Vengeance, one of the world’s most exclusive and heavily militarised luxury SUVs, has reportedly arrived in Nigeria amid growing concerns over insecurity, kidnapping and political tension ahead of the 2027 general elections.
A trending video shared by automotive handlers shows the Cadillac Escalade-based SUV being moved from a shipping container onto a flatbed truck at a port believed to be the Lagos Port Complex.
The Rezvani Vengeance is designed with an aggressive, futuristic military-inspired exterior and combines luxury with advanced security features. Its optional Military Equipment Package includes features such as electrified door handles, a smoke-screen system and thermal night vision.

The arrival of the heavily armoured vehicle may reflect increasing security concerns among Nigeria’s wealthy and political elite, particularly amid persistent cases of kidnapping and attacks in parts of the country.
With the 2027 elections approaching, the SUV could also appeal to politicians and high-profile individuals seeking enhanced protection during campaign activities and long-distance travel.
The fully equipped armoured version of the Rezvani Vengeance can cost up to $782,250, with its estimated landed cost in Nigeria reportedly reaching about N1.25 billion after shipping, customs duties and other clearing charges.
The latest arrival is believed to be the second known Rezvani Vengeance in Nigeria. The first unit was reportedly spotted in June 2025 as part of the high-security convoy of former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello.
