Zulum unveils distribution of Rep Talba’s aid to 1,500 constituents

Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, recently started a program to give out support to people in need. 

This support was provided by Engr Bukar Talba, who represents Marte, Monguno, and Nganzai at the House of Representatives. The event happened on Sunday, and it was attended by many important people.

Even though Governor Zulum couldn’t be there because he was traveling with the President, his Deputy, Umar Usman Kadafur, was there to represent him.

The event took place at the state mechanical workshop and aimed to help around 1,500 people from three local government areas: Marte, Monguno, and Nganzai.

Each of these local government areas had 500 people who received a bag of rice, a bag of maize grain, and N20,000 cash.

Governor Zulum praised Engr Bukar Talba for his efforts in helping the people in his constituency.

Engr Bukar Talba, in his speech, thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and Governor Babagana Umara Zulum for being great leaders and for their support in developing the country.

Other important figures like Borno State APC chairman, Bello Ayuba, and the senator representing northern Borno, Barrister Mohammed Tahir Monguno, also praised Engr Bukar Talba’s actions.

The event was attended by many high-ranking government officials, including the Secretary to Borno State Government, Hon. Bukar Tijjani, Head of Service, Barrister Mallam Fannami, members of the House of Assembly, commissioners, and other top officials.
