Nigerian popular Fuji sensation, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal professionally known as KWAM 1 or K1, has appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to bring to an end, the overwhelming suffering being faced by Nigerians across the country.

The Yoruba singer, decried the situation in a viral video of one of his new stage performances.

Recall that the music star sang on Tinubu’s campaign grounds preparatory to the 2023 general elections.

He expressed concern over the hardship citizens are going through, blaming it on the removal of fuel subsidy  and a persistent fall in the value of the naira.

Kwam1 who noted that the developments had a negative impact on purchasing power and increased inflation, thereby impacting awfully on the poverty level in the nation, also called on those making money off the pain of the masses to bury their heads in shame.

While appreciating the president’s charitable endeavors and appealing to Nigerians to be patient, the Fuji maestro urged Tinubu to pay meticulous attention to the people’s grievances and treat them with utmost urgency.

He emphasized further; “I beg you to find a way to alleviate the suffering of the masses. The people are weeping and sobbing. We’re suffering because there isn’t enough power available. How did things come to be as they are?. I beg you to solve these issues”.
