WhatsApp Working on Custom Chat Themes to Enhance User Experience

—

WhatsApp, the popular messaging platform, is reportedly developing a new feature that will allow users to customize the appearance of their chat windows.
This feature, currently spotted in the beta version of WhatsApp for iOS, is expected to be rolled out to Android users as well.
The upcoming “Chat Theme” feature introduces a range of customization options, including the ability to change chat bubble colors and wallpapers. Users will be able to select their preferred color for chat bubbles, making the chat experience more personalized.
This addition is designed to provide users with more control over the look and feel of their conversations.
While the feature is still in development, there is no official word on when it will be available in the stable version of WhatsApp.
This update is part of a series of enhancements the platform has been rolling out, including recent features like GIPHY integration, a Custom Sticker Maker, and the upcoming ability to react to messages by double-tapping and resharing status updates similar to Instagram.
As WhatsApp continues to innovate, these updates are likely to further enrich the user experience, offering more ways to personalize and interact within the app.
