US Space Force Bans Chat GPT

The U.S. Space Force has temporarily stopped its employees from using specific artificial intelligence tools such as Chat GPT due to concerns about data security.

Chat GPT got sued

In a message dated September 29, they instructed their personnel not to use this tool until they receive approval from the technology leadership.

The reason for this suspension is to protect sensitive data from being at risk.

This tool employs advanced technology to quickly generate content like text, images, and videos based on given instructions.

The Space Force believes this technology will significantly improve its employees’ efficiency.

An Air Force spokesperson confirmed that this action is a precaution to safeguard their data.

The Space Force is working with other organizations to determine the responsible and strategic use of this technology.

Further guidance on how the Space Force will use this computer tool will be provided in the next month.
