Tudun Biri Community denies involvement in N33 billion lawsuit

The community of Tudun Biri, represented by their Traditional and Religious leaders, stated that they are not involved in any lawsuit seeking 33 Billion Naira from the government.

They say that nobody has been given permission to take legal action on their behalf.

This comes after reports in newspapers claimed that the community had sued the Federal Government, asking for 33 billion Naira in compensation for the tragic consequences of a recent mistaken army bombing, which led to the loss of at least 85 lives.

The leaders of the community strongly deny these claims and call them a dishonest plan created by malicious people who want to create trouble and get money from the government.

Governor Uba Sani, who met with them at the Government, assured them that he will continue to fight for justice on their behalf.

He also promised to go after those responsible for spreading false information.

Tudun Biri’s leaders are distancing themselves from the lawsuit reports, accusing them of being a scheme to cause trouble and extract money from the government.

Governor Uba Sani is supporting the community in their quest for justice and has pledged to investigate and take action against those spreading false information.
