Tinubu has had an eventful life of service – Ndoma-Egba

Former Senate Leader and ex-Board Chairman of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Distinguished Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, has joined other prominent Nigerians to congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) on the occasion of his 72nd birthday.

Ndoma-Egba, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, and Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) from Cross River State, hailed Tinubu’s huge contributions to the enthronement and sustenance of democracy, national development, societal advancement and his commitment to building a better Nigeria as the President of the country.

The erstwhile Senate Leader prayed God to grant the President long life, good health, sound mind, and all the strength, energy and wisdom he needs as he clocks 72 and carries on with the task of offering the country good governance. He also asked the Almighty to guide and direct the number one citizen of the nation through the path of economic progress for the benefit of the populace.

According to Ndoma-Egba, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has had a very rich and eventful life of service and history. He has had the rare privilege of achieving his life’s ambition of leading his people and country.

“We pray that this privilege brings him the satisfaction of a new Nigeria under him, a secure, prosperous country where justice reigns and which takes its pride of place in the comity of nations.

“We pray also that the Almighty grants him long life to savour his contributions to the growth of the country and humanity.

“The coincidence of this birthday with the holiest day in Christendom, Good Friday, is remarkable. It heralds the beginning of a new Nigeria. Mr. President is therefore being reminded of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice for the salvation of humanity. The coincidence and lesson of it should reignite his historical role.”

The former representative of Cross River Central Senatorial District in the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, called on all Nigerians to continue to support Tinubu as he strives to lift the country to greater heights.
