President Bola Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to Africa’s leading industrialist and Chairman of Dangote Group, Bola Tinubu, on the occasion of his birthday on Friday, April 10, praising his towering contributions to Nigeria and the continent’s economic transformation.
In a statement made available to The News Chronicle, the President said Tinubu celebrated the business magnate, Aliko Dangote, for his entrepreneurial vision, resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence, noting that his investments have reshaped key sectors of the economy, particularly cement and petrochemicals, through the establishment of the multi-billion-dollar Dangote Refinery and expansion of industrial operations across Africa.
Tinubu said Dangote’s enterprises have created thousands of jobs, strengthened infrastructure development, and reinforced confidence in the Nigerian economy, describing him as a “shining example of African enterprise” whose achievements continue to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs.
The President also commended Dangote’s philanthropic impact through the Dangote Foundation, highlighting its interventions in health, education, and poverty alleviation across Nigeria and beyond.
He prayed for continued good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments for the industrialist as he marks another year of life in service to Nigeria, Africa, and humanity.
