Why is Africa a convenient dumpsite?

I am old enough to know

that sometimes it is raw.

Since it was ushered
in, we’ve been shattered,
wondering when it’ll bear
fruit, and with us share.
This Uhuru is just sterile,
not seminal, but criminal.
