Due to time and space, I will focus on their failed or failing repentance on Epstein, Diddy, and Harvey Weinstein as examples. I am not a big fan of any of these mentioned folks, but I do not think that warrants supporting government lies and cruelties (persecutions) of people, rich or poor. Needless to pinpoint how the media recklessly exaggerated each of the mentioned cases, but we must understand our choices are to be judged, from the laws we support to our inaction, including silence or indifference to injustices, can hunt us. How we confront government excuses matter.
Epstein list or Epstein files: When President Trump claims the flood in Texas and other things matter more or most as an excuse, he was insulting our intelligence, which is sadly low, but not as low as he thinks. The right response was/is an ad ‘five minutes releasing of the files is not available, only golfing and endless meetings with Netanyahu matter’? Me thinking about it in my village cannot be the same as the ads and top journalists saying: Trump insinuates ‘he does not have five minutes to release the Epstein files’. You will notice they need to switch from list to files, but that is still too hard for our educated and non-thinking journalists of even the West. ‘No list’, but where are the files?
I think it is often possible for the public to have wrong assumptions and even wrong mindsets, but that is similarly true with our leaders or governments. The files may reveal Epstein’s partners’ list, which could be a potential blackmail list more than a ‘client list’.
The fact that Epstein died or was murdered in 2019 while Trump was president makes it laughable to re-trust Trump to give you 100%Â truth on that case. You are asking for a confession of a murder or self-exposing? There is probable evidence that Epstein did a lot more sexual talks and choices with Trump more than Bill Clinton+. So, Trump not wanting Epstein to speak in court or exposing files that would have stopped him since the 2020 election is worth calculating. Biden got in, but Presidents are less likely to extremely hunt their predecessors. So Biden exposing Trump’s murder is out of the discussion. Biden is certainly not interested in protecting Trump’s sex crimes, but he cannot go after Trump alone, especially after Trump knowing Clinton or other friends of Biden are partners in crime, in the files. There are many ways the democrats and journalists failed in educating the public that Trump simply wants votes and cannot be trusted on the Epstein files.
Hypocrisy: They are essentially claiming Ms. Maxwell had dozens of mid teens but only for Epstein? They are claiming 50 or 100% of the so-called ‘minors’ were recorded without their consent and all of them were asked and they prefer not to release the videos? When a non-virgin seventeen year old girl in the u.s claimed she was nineteen and reaching out to the pants of Clinton, Trump, or xyz; I may say guilty-victim, but she is not a minor in Nature, UK, Finland, France, etc where journalists are spending hours to discuss and pity one side? Did Epstein had the right to record the adults without their consent or the faulty laws bar such exposing for truth? Countless parts of the files can also be released without the videos or with blurred faces of so-called minors. Contacting the so-called victims to publicly demand release of the videos should be an option.
Diddy on crimes, bail, verdict, and sentencing date:Â Again, we will end up with a book if we try to detail how the media got it wrong on multiple steps, so I am going to focus on their repentance window. The media should not just echo, but ask questions and help the public understand reality, not just raw emotions. They were eager to paint Diddy as a gay and child abuse monster, but the 3-2 verdict should have been 5-0 against the government. If I was among his lawyers, imagine me in court or berating and suggesting to Judges now in the top media houses. Feel free to disagree, but they should have clearly shown how the terrible judge failed on post verdict bail and sentencing date of October, to help other judges on different cases and possibly advise the anti-Diddy Judge towards repentance. The verdict means the new allegations, so what percentage of those charged with those two Mann act counts get bail, probation, fine, or no more than six months? Considering Diddy was there for almost a year, any decent Judge should have offered bail, then delaying the sentencing should not be long, still.
You can easily find ten different people who ‘managed’ at least three prostitutes, who worked five to seven days a week for years, and get probation, fine or months in prison, without losing millions. Contrast that with someone who ‘managed’ two ‘semi-prostitutes’ or freaks who ‘freak-offs’ in a lot less hours, and the so-called culprit did not make money on them? Diddy should not spend any more time in prison, but perhaps do community service like a tour to set-up a non-profit body camera factory to help catch his type or worse than him… A crazy public may prefer over-punishing a man like Diddy rather than empowering millions of girls+ with body cameras and educational material?
I seriously believe the millions of Epstein, Weinstein, R. KELLY, Diddy, Trump, Cosby, etc paid to guilty women should have been diverted or split towards helping more real victims and potential victims, including preventive measures like strongest culture of cameras by civilians, worldwide.
In the Sentencing of Diddy, The judge and the journalists share the responsibility of taming the largely insane public. ‘You were not charged with physical assault, most people will get about six months for physical assault; since you spent about nine months in prison, lost millions to the primary victims, lost millions to lawyers because the government overcharged you; I am giving you the options to spend ten or xyz millions towards culture of cameras, or spend another six months in prison. We know Diddy will likely take the Camera option. Imagine a Diddy and/or R. Kelly u.s or world tour for Cameras to catch the guilty males and females. Some will argue that we never heard of such sentencing options, but that may be because this black person is more progressive than your average or top white+ folks in the three branches of government?
White+ or the Western world had ‘community service’ like working for ‘Habitat for humanity’ of Jimmy Carter or who benefits from so-called community services? Let’s shorten the debate: The cameras should be things like sunglass cameras for primarily teenagers+ in school or college, free , fifty percent discount, or universal coupons? Then towards adults. No! You want Meta sunglass cameras for $200 , countless Chinese Made medium to high quality version for about $20; or work with Jarga Kebba Gigo to start a factory and ascertain every u.s Teenager+ gets Sunglass camera of at least four hours of recording potentials and with bluetooth or xyz re-charging options. Rather than charging people with an under-cleaned racist and sexist Mann act, here comes Jarga, the humanist or caring ‘sexist’ you refuse to acknowledge, let alone honor? Imagine if the mainstream media was discussing such, not only can they influence Judges and politicians inside the u.s , but African+ countries will consider such smarter ideas. Perhaps they are yet to think about it, so let great journalists echo the ideas as repentance or continue to refuse repentance with arrogance and misleading the under-thinking public?
On Harvey Weinstein:Â Ms. Candace Owens on ‘Harvey Speaks’ clearly showed there were many guilty women hunting him for money, after failing to get more than they expected as implicit prostitutes. I won’t waste time quoting, go check her work. However, we may be able to find certain levels of wrongs to warrant the public deserving more money than the guilty women and their questionable lawyers.
You have the primary victims or guilty-victims; the workers, co-deceivers, or lawyers; then the secondary victims or state (public). Since Diddy’s case was somehow more covered or I followed more, we can ask how many millions each team got. The public are over-paying questionable prosecutors and judges, and will they learn from me? Hello prosecutors, Judges, Defense team, Journalists, and the general public: Do you want Diddy in prison or have millions or billions of body cameras beyond sunglass cameras, belt cameras, shoe cameras, pen cameras, chain cameras, etc?
Do you honestly think the hotel did wrong to Cassie Ventura more than the public by how many millions? The hotel reportedly paid Cassie ten million dollars, but 25 to 40% of such monies goes to the lawyers (co-hunters). Yes, all may underpay taxes for weapons+ to sell and/or give to Israel or presidential golfing+ cost, but don’t you think having the ‘Jarga act or initiative’ receiving 10% to 25% of all such fines and out-of-court agreement can help more? Do not wait for the u.s, push for reforms in your countries. If Dangote, Youssou Ndure, Akon, Muhammed Jah, etc are guilty of sexual misconduct or truly care about women+ like the wrongly accused Jarga, then they would have donated even while innocent. How about we add transparent ‘crowd funding options’ to see how many anti-Diddy folks are truly pro-women or pro justice, how many can donate million dollars or even ten dollars to such a wonderful cause?
