![A 25% to 100% Crime Reduction Blueprint Strategies matter, and all strategies are not equal. Focus on the minimum of 25% to trust me or read on, or doubt on the 100% because you are pessimistic, but put a number you trust before you read the proposed details and a different number after you read or see the implemented ideas. Every stage I present will be with feasible numbers, so journeying through all the stages requires determination, sacrifice, and hopefully sweet patience. The stages include: Education, minor rewards, re-education, major rewards. The good news is part of it can be with or without the governments, since governments are hard to convince on doing unprecedented good. Yes! The Blueprint revolves around nationwide and worldwide culture of Cameras, except I am detailing aspects in ways I was yet to use. Mass education, Mass Access, Mass Participation, and up to Mass rewarding beyond money. Yes! We will need money to implement the Blueprint, but a few millions for some small countries, and a few billions for worldwide realization. First, let me tease you with what all of us can relate to: money. Yes, this plan includes how to make hundreds or thousands of new millionaires while helping eliminate or reduce crime. Again, our definition of crime may vary, and different countries are at different levels, may run the plan differently, so may arrive at different levels of achievements. You may need to search my recent article: 'two to hundred Billion dollars for world peace and security' to have a better understanding on some aspects, including technical feasibilities I will avoid repeating here. The new higher quality of body cameras will significantly boost interest and mass participation is tantamount to mass success. Stage One or Education: By using much greater education on how all citizens must invest in body cameras, will modestly boost participation. ' Invest or stop complaining about crime+ or blind trust without irrefutable evidence.' Me doing it may yield one to twenty percent boost; Trump, Elon Musk, president Tinubu, Barrow, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, etc may see ten to twenty percent boost. Meaning, trust matters, but we should not underestimate the importance of the message (education). We will have national and worldwide pitchers. Since my estimate here is even less than the 25% minimum, you should agree I am realistic, not naive, nor doubting some countries may actually register even 50% participation at this stage, depending on the used message and/or deliverer. Detailing the types of messages to use will just lengthen the article and raise too many unnecessary doubts. Think of what you deem fit and let us assume we are using that. Stage Two or Minor Awards: Imagine a weekly or monthly awards of $1000, to $10,000 awards for using your body camera footage to solve a crime or learn something huge through the news. Even announcing such by a trusted voice in every country can have many people buying body cameras. Let's do the rough maths: $1000 a month or three prizes of such is how much for your country and worldwide? Very little and I detailed how to raise the funds in my mentioned article. New company sponsors can be sought. Depending on the riches or size of the country, we should consider $10,000 on the top monthly prize to boost participation. Spending $25 to $100+ on body cameras to reduce crime, and potentially win $1000 or $10,000 is something many may consider. This is a part we can privately do through a special commission of judges, journalists, board, etc. We do not need the government on this aspect. However, the second minor reward of 15 to 25% reward of splitting fines through your footage requires government participation. Luck or The judges and lawmakers will essentially determine how much you make through this stage. I estimate about $25 to $1000+ through such, depending on the country or crime, and many will be happy. Stage Three or re-education: Again, detailing the types of messages I think we should use may be controversial or premature to discuss. However, by simply announcing our monthly winners and educating how their videos helped will likely boost participation towards 50% or more in the average countries. Showing real winners on TV and social media will certainly trigger more interest towards mass buying or participation. Stage Four or major reward: Million dollars is both small and big. It is small in the sense of raising it per country or raising one to xyz billion dollars if we can convince billionaires or governments of the effective nature of our strategy. Million dollars is also big in the sense that the poor and many rich folks will gladly receive it as a huge blessing while trying to do good. Meaning, even millionaires may buy and remember to permanently turn on their body cameras, vehicle cameras, etc to potentially win good money. From the minor rewards to the announcing of this minimum of million dollars per country, I estimate about 75% may participate in many countries. Feel free to doubt my numbers, but you may agree every stage is vital and will help reduce crimes, from deterrence to convictions. Doing the maths: Let say there are about 300 countries in the world, or to participate. That is still way under one billion dollars even if we add modest second and third prizes raffle or merit based analysis per country. Again, countries spent billions on weapons to destroy through wars, catch international criminals, etc. Feel free to debate politicians will be hard to convince, but about ten percent of presidents/leaders may actually gladly participate through tax payers funding of such, if the idea reaches them. Those ten percent likely know billionaires who will be interested in funding such to speed up human evolution on character and beyond. Here again, an NGO or movement can handle the awards based on raffle and/or merit based. I am most concerned with mass participation, so I think the raffle is much better. With enough money, we can have both. Remember the stages and understand the human mind: 'for the month of May, we have awarded about 1000 people different amounts and all of them are now entered in a million dollar lottery/raffle will trigger more participation and hope.' My body camera caught a petty thief and your body camera or vehicle camera caught a rapist of an adult woman is for 'merit based folks ' to debate, but if my thief would have raped a child, then let God decide who deserves a nice financial reward through stages of deterrence, including contribution to convictions. The village boy or girl will be more willing to understand that the prospects are closer and beyond crimes. I will consider learning or news making videos of even animals to be considered for potential awards. Our target is mass participation, so let the villagers be encouraged beyond potential rape that is near zero in some poor but caring areas. Since the primary raffle is likely between a few thousands, not millions, the prospect of winning is much higher than traditional lottery. Meaning, switch or split your lottery budget towards the best 'raffle' for humankind yet? Although I am presenting the plan as a worldwide plan, I expect you to pitch it from a national level. By ascertaining all ministers in your country get this article, one may be able to convince your president or leader towards actions. If you share with journalists who may publish and/or write it differently, a billionaire or centi-millionaire may be interested in making it happen. I happen to be from a poor country called the Gambia, but we have few people that can realize it with or without the potential of making decent money through the plan. By opening a world class camera store and following the plan, countless poor Gambians or xyz will buy. Confronting the Pessimistics: You have the disbelievers, but also the doubters. The disbelievers in the good of cameras can have all kinds of fears and excuses I am not interested to debate here, but willing to debate anyone on TV. As for the doubters, they may claim things like affordability. Yes, there may be ten percent of Gambians or xyz who are struggling on food at times, but they also own smartphones and expensive dresses in the poor villages. The messaging in some good months will send poor folks to buy, the awards can boost buyers, the real mass achievements of less crimes by even animals will uplift the poor. Our cameras will help certain farmers detect destructive monkeys or pigs+ earlier, boost their production for food or your cost. Our generation must accept body cameras as a huge blessing that must be worldwide. Cameras are tight to food, security, better character, health, etc. So let us accept the level we have, research further as my other mentioned article hinted, and help the poor+ to own enough cameras. Considering mass access of various body cameras is indeed a problem in many countries, I think the rich folks and politicians are the pessimistic guilty ones, but how many of them may repent and amend if we share to educate them? The journalists are arguably the second guilty doubters who may 'repent, amend, and proclaim' until realised, as ch.2:160 hinted differently. Cameras, money, and crime rates: If the title is about crime rates, then why is the article leaning on money and cameras? Reducing crime is primarily through education, but cameras help in both deterrence and securing convictions. The way we convince people to mass participate in camera buying will speed up with money or financial rewards. Any sane person will agree that if 75% of individuals own body cameras, have vehicle cameras, house cameras, farm cameras, etc it can reduce over 25% of crimes. Most countries hardly see 10% reduction in crime in a year, and even some measure reduction in questionable ways. So my title is a range, depending on a country and other issues. Do not endlessly debate against me, my plan, the title, etc, but accept reality, share, or come up with a better plan or writing. Seeing what may help your country or the world significantly reduce crime is a major blessing that demands you employing efforts, not doubting. Among the descriptions of Heaven is 'free of lies [and cruelties]'. Should we try to build heaven on earth, aspects of heaven, or just pray for heaven? Cameras are heavenly and may God give the best heavens to those who sincerely try to give others the aspects of heaven humans can offer to humans. I know devils hate cameras, so I can fairly assume God loves cameras, gave us cameras, and may he give us much better cameras within weeks, worldwide. When rich countries like the u.s are branding cellular phones to record in protests or crimes, it reveals the journalists+ are not doing their job in urging for mass buying of body cameras. Also for fairly rich countries like the u.s, I will suggest one million dollars award per state or the big states. Billionaires like Pretzker, Bloomberg, and how many residents of Florida may be strongly opposed to the law that bars even recording of abusive cops? By partnering up, we can remove such laws through mass participation and raise your prospects towards winning the next presidency or governorship. The Democrats or xyz can complain or try to educate the masses, or even consider laws and subsidies towards mass culture of cameras. I hope God realizes it worldwide in 2026, but if we push for rich countries in 2026, R&D and others can force them to upgrade, or results may pressure the 'followers' to eventually accept investing in cameras is arguably better than weapons, prisons, questionable roads, etc. If all or many countries participate and how many states in a country, then how many millionaires am I helping create? Remember the crimes to deter or solve, remember the learning and other good things. May God bless the caring who will publish and/or share. It is hard to claim economic sanctions cannot serve any good, but it is even harder to pinpoint where Economic sanctions meaningfully serve any good or much good. I remember being one of the favorite students of my Economics teacher in my limited college days in the u.s, until I questioned his narrative of economic sanctions ‘significantly helping to end South Africa’s Apartheid’. If Economics and a big chunk of life must include numbers, then I prefer claims with numbers. Did economic sanctions help around 5% towards ending apartheid or what percentage of victimized blacks also suffered through those sanctions? I hate one-eye, so I like admitting facts, then pointing to other facts people are yet to see or barely discussing.
We can skip Iran and take a look at Cuba on sanctions versus the UAE without sanctions and where sanctions may work? Although there are other types of sanctions, Economic sanctions against countries is the most popular form of sanctions. Companies and individuals do get different types of sanctions. I was personally sanctioned economically and sexually… I am surviving and learning, but I think a focus on Cuba versus UAE will serve a honest discussion. A civilian worker has the right to refuse dangerous orders from an employer or supervisor; a soldier has the right to disobey unlawful orders; so why do nations obey unjust orders, unjust sanctions, or any form of injustices?
Sometimes you have to diagnose a problem before you prescribe a medicine and the dose. Why sanctions may work against a country due to which problems and not work against other countries? Tailored sanctions will also significantly matter. Oftentimes, the alleged problem is the leaders as an excuse, but the leaders will be the last to be affected economically. They may argue the people voted for the guilty leaders or the economic suffering of the innocent or guilty-victims may cause an uprising towards change of attitude or change of regime in which gambling nature? A fraction of the naive folks can claim the leaders will subdue in care, but that can only be true if the ‘heartless’ leaders eventually have a heart (caring mind) by when? Also, the demands around sanctions significantly matter. What are the demands of the u.s in regards to Cuba compared to which countries and even the u.s on which records? Accept the crimes, but measurable punishment matters. My crime was urging truth like or better than Assange and Snowden, so do resisting nations suffer sanctions wrongly?
Cuba was under u.s sanctions for decades, but Trump is raising the dose to deadly levels, and this time he is forcing other countries to co-sanction Cuba. Did Cuba raise its crimes, or the new sheriff or bully believes the indirect suffering and killing of more Cubans is love to win a medal and prize from Satan or God? Sacrificing animals is for the low or questionable religious folks for more favor; Sacrificing humans internally is for the capitalist d[oers of]evils; but Sacrificing Nations must be for the super devils, unless the nation is guilty and worse than the biggest devil. Where is God and the Godly? No president with lower conscience or who abuses innocent people have the right to call on a kind God unless they repent first. Repent in learning and repent in resisting are different, even if the two and beyond may interlace.
It is very inconsistent to claim the ‘heartless’ leaders of Cuba or xyz will care if there is no fuel after thousands or tens of thousands suffer or die. The leaders will have fuel or electric vehicles they charge with solar. Or maybe that is a hint how the Gambia or xyz should learn if sanctions come or world war III comes. Shame on my richer brothers and xyz in Cuba and the Gambia for not ordering countless electric bikes and helping me research for tiny personal drones or xyz to replace fueled cars. People and nations are too dependent on the u.s, but worse is how we submit to unjust orders and refuse to learn.
It is very shameful that no western country can bravely help Cuba beyond selling them oil. No! It is even worse that Iran, China, Russia, etc are failing to help this tiny country of about ten billion people, or what is their population if I am too lazy to research? I mean, even many billionaires can uplift them and still have billions left. Cuba arguably did more to world health than rich Bill Gates on curative health and questionable vaccines… Shameful Africa, mother of all nations, how and why did you give birth to Cuba, the Arabs, the whites, the Asians, etc? Is it to serve you economically and you never even learn, or were they the worse ones expelled from Africa to over-depend on mighty u.s? Maybe history and philosophical possibilities are too deep for some, but what are possibilities versus probabilities on the mentioned versus economic sanctions yielding any good after how many victims are sacrificed? Where is the prettiest Cuban doctor in the Gambia or xyz I can date may seem like weaving, but if the doctor is worried about her folks back home, then poor service may kill a Gambian or xyz. So my imaginative Cuban girl, should we crowdfund for your family to have electric bikes and you will be indifferent to the rest of Cubans like Trump is to poor Americans? Jarga! Are you suggesting indifference, thinking about love even while trying to help the world? How about a worldwide crowdfunding for Jarga or paths to sufficiency in every country? Edutainment is my way, I worship the Lord of Edutainment.
The richest Cubans are reportedly buying solar panels, but where are the factories for solar panels and even wind power that ‘ Engineers without Borders’ can start in Cuba, the Gambia, and beyond. I heard Trump and Israel are/were with Epstein, but how can Tiny Cuba be the international sponsor of health and be punished as an ‘international sponsor of Terrorism’? Maybe learning has stages or they missed a route. Maybe if Cuba was smart decades ago or is planning to train and reward enough Engineers, then ‘Engineers without borders ‘ is the vague threat to Capitalism or u.s interest. Can I start a ship or aircraft of engineers towards Cuba, or Israel and xyz will be hard on us like who did in Gaza? The last time I checked, Elon Musk and many engineers were heartless or near heartless, so don’t expect much good from AI unless our leaders and voters begin to have caring hearts.
How about Chinese, Russian engineers, or each country offering how many engineers for realisation? Otherwise let AI tell us the wrongs of the world in more clearer language than Jarga, or let them take over and I become an Angel or much better. It is too shameful to be called ‘human’ these days, a big chunk is worshipping Trump, at least with actions. By the way, I am not suicidal, I just cannot understand the slow speed of humans. Canada, Mexico, and xyz may condemn with words, but where are their actions? Refuelling aircrafts is not every stop to stop booking for Cuba for vacation and find a way to help the oppressed people, including oppressed nations. Poor Jarga, I should be flying with millions of people in Cuba, drop them what we can… Rich Jarga, maybe you can educate and if the Kind Lord wants to help, then millions or billions may learn and help, while you enjoy sweet patience in the Gambia many looked down upon.
It is not that I believe the Cuban leaders are angels or devils who will not care if thousands suffer or die, but knowing America and their vague demands should make us rally for Cuba. Subduing to very unreasonable demands can make the Kind Lord indifferent to your dues. A person to a country can only be judged by their internal and external contributions in a proportionate manner. Considering size and wealth, Cuba is much better than the U.S and Saudi Arabia on humanity. Let the best of humankind rise up to the rescue of Cuba, or may God intervene in the best manner.
The UAE is slightly different, considering their alleged negative involvement in Sudan and how many other places. If the u.s was of any good, then warnings, sanctions, and/or much worse than sanctions was supposed to be measurably aimed at the UAE. I believe mere warnings can get the UAE to behave and we will end the suffering of Sudan. No kind God or president will look at the present realities of the UAE and Cuba to give urgency to Cuba with more problems against the poorest… President Trump has the opportunity to solve problems in Sudan, but he rather collects wealth from the UAE and causes more problems in Cuba until God tests humans with Trump, or God intervenes by when? The role of God is first and last to act, so human beings must understand our roles on sins between creatures. When God inspires, let us act; refusing to speak up and act until God acts can mean condemnation with the guilty, including indifference. In deep reality, we do not want evil even against Trump, we prefer he repents for possible forgiveness or minimal punishment. Likewise, the guilty leaders of UAE can choose repentance. Otherwise, we must choose smart sanctions that affect the most guilty, not the ordinary folks of UAE. My very niece is now in UAE for studies, questionably if you ask me.
By strongly saying to the questionable sheiks (leaders) to stop and all options will be on the table, they know how u.s drones can take out the leaders without harming ordinary rich or poor Arabs… Economic sanctions may work in very limited countries and in regards to limited issues. ‘Work’ means effectively in positive ways. All countries that worship money can be affected and in that sense, it is not limited countries. The other reason I suggest sanctions may work in the UAE is their level of wealth and limited knowledge. Average Sanctions will not starve the UAE within months and even the announcement can make them calculate if it is worth it or not. Again, mere strong discussion may be enough.
These so-called secondary sanctions reveal many things. Doing business with America is exaggerated or why the European leaders subdued on the Iran deal? Business with America for four years means more than business with Iran and conscience combined, for history, precedents, and God? You can endlessly debate on the numbers, but if you add even after contracts and conscience, then Trump and Epstein may be small criminals at the personal level compared to leaders…
If nations will bow due to money, then I am not condemning any girl who bows to money, I will just advise her and praise the loving girls until I find a loving nation or planet. When my country, the Gambia, was under a brutal dictatorship under Yahyah Jammeh, I was still opposed to economic sanctions and some kind of weak interventions. I understood Jammeh was too indifferent and among the last to suffer economically. Economic hardship may not awaken Gambians to vote Jammeh out or take to the streets to be killed for more economic sanctions or when will they consider violence for violence at the international level? I believe educating the populace is much wiser and more effective than sanctions.
Despite my opposition to sanctions, I have verifiable evidence of contacting the Canadian government and by extension the u.s+ on how to democratically or conscientiously remove Jammeh then. I was also open to new methods of documenting abuses, new methods of resisting censorship (fabemos) , and acting militarily against Jammeh where need be. Some may even accuse me of treason, but the fact that Barrow defeated Jammeh in 2016 vindicates me, that the ballot was possible and better than coup often-times. However, the fact that Jammeh refused to go and an international force was eventually needed is a clear testimony that my position was divinely inspired.
God did the work without me directly involved; so may he do the best work in Cuba, Sudan, and every place with or without me even writing. Don’t call me lazy, unless you are bravely writing like or better than me. I know the risk of speaking up against Barrow, Trump, or any president, and I still do it in love. May all leaders and all of us repent towards the Lord of conscience. Sanctions, protests, and many things should be well studied on where and how it may work based on probabilities, not guessing, reckless possibilities, or as a cure to every problem. We must avoid deadly protests and deadly sanctions, gauge alternatives and be measured when reacting for internal or external changes. May God bless me and those with me in good spirit.
