TG Omori Battles Health Issues, Promises to Bounce Back in 2025

Renowned Nigerian music video director and cinematographer, ThankGod Omori Smith, popularly known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has reassured his fans that he will return stronger in 2025 despite facing serious health challenges.

TG Omori, who is widely recognized for his innovative music videos, recently underwent a kidney transplant on August 26, 2024, at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos. Unfortunately, the surgery was not successful, despite his only brother stepping forward to donate a kidney.

In a series of heartfelt tweets on Monday, Omori gave his followers an update on his health journey. He stressed the importance of having a positive mindset during difficult times and encouraged others to stay mentally strong, no matter the challenges.

Accompanied by a picture of himself, TG Omori shared a powerful message:
“It’s mind over matter. If the mind is defeated, it’s only a matter of time before the body falls.”

He went on to say, “Pain has no power over me. I will be back in 2025. Stay in love!”

Omori’s message highlights his determination to overcome his health battles and his optimistic outlook for the future. His words have inspired fans who eagerly await his return to the music scene in 2025.
