His words,” During EXCO, we made efforts to get investors but we could not get them; by tomorrow I will let the nation know there are no investors, people just want to rip this nation off continuously. They will come as pretenders; We have been with them for the past one year and three months and they have been playing all kinds of tricks. He disclosed that several groups claiming to be investors indicated interest in building the shopping mall and in doing other projects in the state but when government discovered their tricks, they all run away because they all came as pretenders. He said the state would send a delegation to Dubia to understudy emerald mall so as to pattern the Abakaliki mall in that status. Umahi said he will send a bill to the state House of Assembly that will prohibit idleness in the state as it is done in China.
