A fatal road accident occurred on Tuesday night at Mill Uku area of Gombe State, involving a vehicle belonging to security operatives of Operation Hattara and a trailer.
According to reports obtained by The News Chronicle, the security patrol vehicle collided with the trailer under circumstances that are yet to be fully explained.
The impact of the crash led to the loss of lives, as some of the operatives in the vehicle died on the spot, while others sustained varying degrees of injuries.
