Nigerian Table Shaker, Reno Omokri has broken another table after he noted that Satan has retired from his duties of diverting people’s attention from God.
In a post on Facebook, Omokri stated that mobile phones have taken over those duties from Satan.
He wrote:
“Twenty years ago, satan had to instruct his demons to find ways to divert your attention from God to either yourself or your possessions. But now, he does not even bother. he just instructs them to make sure you get a smartphone by hook of crook.
“Your phone now does what his demons could not do. You wake up and the first you do is not to pray to your God, but to play with your phone.
“During the day, you look down at the phone more often than you look up to God. You won’t even return to church if you forgot to fulfil your vow. But you will vamoose back if you forgot your phone.
“Welcome to the 21st Century, where our phone is our god!”
