The Enugu State Police Command has apprehended three suspects for alleged armed robbery in the Enugu metropolis and Oji-River axis of the state.
This was contained in a statement posted by the command’s spokesman, DSP Daniel Ndukwe and shared on X.com on Friday 17th May.
The police equally recovered firearms and other items from the suspects.
Ndukwe said detectives serving in the Awkunanaw Police Division on May 7 arrested a 31-year-old suspect, David Ogah Bassey (alias “Onye Army”), while his accomplice escaped.
