Gospel singer Peterson Okopi on Monday, 1st July, announced his engagement to his fashion designer partner, Prudent Gabriel.
The Osuba re ma singer took to Instagram to share the news with his fans, posting a series of photos and videos from the proposal night.
The celebrity designer said of the proposal,
“I Said YES To The One That God Purposed Specially For Me… I love you so much babe.”
In turn, Okopi revealed, “When God said WAIT, I didn’t understand until you showed up.”
Since the announcement, several congratulatory messages from fans and other celebrities, including Veekee James, Stan Nze, Judi Kay, Esther Oji, and The Winlos, have flooded their social media pages.
Just this year, Gospel ministers Moses Bliss, Theophilus Sunday, and Neon Adejo all tied the knot to their partners.
