Ossai drags Oladips to court for faking death

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s aide, Ossai Ovie Success has disclosed that he has directed his legal team to drag Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji best known as Oladips to court.

Recall that it was widely reported recently that the musician, Oladips had died after an undisclosed illness.

However, days later, Oladips came out to say he was alive, sparking an outrage of faking his death.

Reacting to the development, Ossai, in a post on Facebook, emptied a can of worms on Oladips, and asked the Nigeria police to arrest and prosecute him.

Ossai wrote:

Oladips should be arrested for faking own death

I am suing Oladips for faking own death and I am also asking the police to arrest him.

Not only that, his management and known family members should also be arrested because they are all accomplices.

I have asked my lawyer to sue the Nigeria singer Oladips for staging, falsely publishing and posting his own obituary on social media for the purpose of selling his new album.

At the same time, I am reaching out to the Nigeria Police force to investigate and arrest Oladips for faking his own death.

Section 484 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria strongly kicked against the act carried out by Oladips.

He defrauded us with his death thereby making us to stream his songs online.

He also defrauded us by making us to type “RIP” when we should have been using that same time in typing something else.
