The Traditional Prime Minister, Onishe of Ubulu Uku Kingdom, who is the Senior Special Assistant on Youth Mobilisation James Endurance Onwordi known as Ibori Ubulu has said that the Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is running Youth Inclusive Government.
Onwordi who disclosed this during his visit to the Commissioner for youths Comrade Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro said since Oborevwori assumed office, he has been fair to the youths in the state considering how he engaged over 2000 youths through the teaching and non teaching jobs.
“I am happy with the kind of personality the Governor appointed to head the Ministry of youths.
“Comrade Agbateyiniro has shown capacity since he assumed office as the Commissioner for Youth Development.
“I am aware of his plans of engaging more youths in the state which will drive the youths into becoming job creators and not job seekers .
“The governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has demonstrated the love he has for the youths through the appointment of young people into his cabinet and the employment of youths.
“As at today, the governor has engaged over 2000 youths through the teaching and non teaching jobs.
“He has also appointed youths from various communities in the state.
“I am personally grateful to the governor for appointing me and other youths,” he said.
The Commissioner for Youth Development Agbateyiniro expressed his satisfaction with the visit of the Traditional Prime Minister of Ubulu Uku Kingdom, James Onwordi, stating that the youths in the state will never be disappointed as the governor is seriously working in ensuring the youths are fully engaged .
He noted that the ministry of youths will be unveiling job creation programmes that will be impactful to the youths irrespective of political affiliation.
Agbateyiniro who called on youths in the state to continue to support the administration of Oborevwori said the governor will not deviate from his campaign promises to the youths .
