NPFL: Pillars, Remo, and Sunshine Secure Crucial Away Wins

The league had previously opened last week with a goalless draw between defending champions Enugu Rangers and El Kanemi Warriors.

Remo Stars, Enyimba, and Niger Tornadoes earned crucial three points in their away fixtures, while Kano Pillars, Sunshine Stars, and Plateau United secured home victories against their respective opponents.

A total of 18 goals were scored across tonight’s eight games, with six wins recorded — three home victories and three away wins — along with two draws.

Currently, Kano Pillars and Sunshine Stars lead the table with three points and three goals each, while Enyimba and Remo Stars occupy the third and fourth spots, respectively.
