In Iperu, Ogun State, a Nigerian police officer unintentionally shot Azeez Ololade Ijaduade, a director and actor in Nollywood.
His coworker Abiodun Adebanjo revealed this in a midnight post on his own Instagram page.
Ijaduade is presently fighting for his life at the Babcock University Teaching Hospital, according to Adebanjo.
Adebanjo said, “Please, we in Peru need assistance. Nigerian police officers shot my director, Azeez Ijaduade, @kingzeez1.
“Anyone who knows the Commissioner or the Inspector General of Police should get in touch.”
The incident’s specifics are still unknown since calls made in the early hours of Sunday to Omolola Odutola, the PPRO of the Ogun State Police, were not answered.
