The Nigeria Football Federation has named 27 members to a task force to meet with FIFA and CAF officials in Abuja on September 14. The meeting comes as the organization seeks to end its crisis.
The delegation would be made up of the nine state football association chairmen, plus representatives from the coaches, referees and players associations, as well as officials and club representatives from the NPFL, NWFL, NNL and NLO.
The meeting is expected to help FIFA and CAF review the proposed normalisation committee being considered to oversee reforms following the resignation of former NFF president Ibrahim Gusau, his board and Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi.

An NFF letter dated September 9 directed that only nine of the 37 state FA chairmen should attend the meeting at Abuja Continental Hotel.
The News Chronicle reports that the selected representatives must submit their names to the NFF secretariat within 48 hours and provide valid identification before the meeting.
The delegation will feature officials from both northern and southern regions across the various football bodies to ensure wider representation.
The NFF said the latest directive replaces an earlier letter issued on September 8 as FIFA and CAF prepare to engage key stakeholders on the future of Nigerian football.
