My people, WITNESS 2026.
Yesterday we said: _Fix the mind first.
Today we ask: What do we build with that fixed mind?
Nation-building.
It is not about slogans.
It is about _one mind for one nation_.
Nigerians have grit.
We survive hardship, inflation, policy shocks.
That is strength. But grit alone does not build a nation.
Right now, 2 mindsets are fighting:
1. The Primordial Loyalist
Sees everything through tribe or religion.
Country second. Group first.
This mindset breaks unity.
2. The Civic Reformer
Believes: A better nation starts with better personal habits.
Honesty. Diligence. Cooperation.
These are the builders.
But our challenges are real:
▪ Ethnic and Religious Rivalry Old divisions, new politics
▪ Leadership Failures- No long-term plans. Committees that fail
▪ Pessimism- Too many have lost hope
So what is _THE NEW PATH?
1. Change Individual Values – Nation first, not tribe first
2. Build Strong Institutions – No more favoritism. Plans that outlive us
3. Foster Inclusive Unity – Every Nigerian must feel: “I belong”
There was a time when leadership was deliberate about building.
We must return to that time.
The fight is not just in Abuja.
The fight is in our hearts.
The fight is in our habits.
That is CONSCIENCE. COMPETENCE. CHARACTER.
The time to recycle division is over.
The time to build unity is now.
