The Proprietor of Nacabs Polytechnic, Akwanga, Nasarawa State, Mr David Abuluya, has warned students against examination malpractice, vowing to expel anyone caught cheating.
Abuluya issued the warning on Monday while monitoring the institution’s ongoing second-semester examinations in Akwanga Local Government Area.
He specifically cautioned graduating students against engaging in any form of examination malpractice, stressing that the institution would not compromise its academic standards.
“I want to advise the students to shun examination malpractice, as anyone found will be expelled”.
“As an institution, we have zero tolerance for examination malpractice and other social vices“.
“We will continue to maintain academic standards for improved quality of education,” he said.
Abuluya said he personally monitored the examination as part of efforts to enforce the institution’s policy against malpractice and maintain credibility in its academic processes.
He also assured staff and students of a conducive environment for effective teaching and learning.
Abuluya, who is also the President of the Eggon Cultural and Development Association (ECDA), reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
