Ministry Announces Recruitment of Technical Facilitators for Federal Technical Colleges

—

The Federal Ministry of Education has opened applications for the recruitment of technical facilitators in Federal Technical Colleges (FTCs) under a one year intervention programme targeting improvements in technical and vocational education across the country.

According to information released by the ministry, the recruitment is aimed at addressing existing gaps in technical instruction and strengthening the delivery of competency based training in federal technical institutions.

The programme is expected to support the teaching of practical and industry aligned skills, particularly in areas considered critical to workforce development and technical capacity building.

Officials stated that selected facilitators will be engaged to contribute to classroom and workshop based instruction, support modern training approaches, and assist colleges in improving the quality of hands-on learning.

The intervention is also intended to reinforce ongoing efforts to align technical education with labour market needs and evolving industrial demands.

The ministry emphasized that completion and submission of the application form does not guarantee automatic selection.

Applicants are required to provide accurate and verifiable information, while only those who meet the specified criteria and requirements will be considered during the screening and selection process.
