Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have arrested six suspected terrorist logistics suppliers during a covert operation in Borno State, disrupting an alleged supply network linked to Boko Haram terrorists.
The operation led to the interception of a large consignment of items reportedly destined for the insurgents. Recovered materials include 202 cartons of herbicide, a Starlink internet kit, acid, fertiliser, bags of rice, hoes, and knapsack sprayers.
Military authorities said the suspects and all recovered items are currently in custody as investigations continue to uncover the full logistics network and identify other individuals suspected of providing support to terrorist activities in the North-East.
The operation forms part of ongoing efforts by Operation HADIN KAI to dismantle terrorist supply chains and strengthen security across the region
