Manchester United are reportedly planning to complete two more signings before the summer transfer window closes on September 1, 2026.
The Red Devils are understood to be targeting Newcastle United left-back Lewis Hall as they look to strengthen their options on the flank.
However, Newcastle are keen to retain the former Chelsea academy graduate and are reluctant to sanction his departure before the transfer deadline.
United are also working on the addition of another midfielder, with the club expected to step up negotiations in the coming days.
Michael Carrick’s side have already been active in the transfer market, bringing in midfielder Youri Tielemans, midfielder Andrey Santos, goalkeeper Karl Darlow and promising winger Tynan Thompson.
The club has also welcomed Marcus Rashford back following his loan spell at Barcelona.
With the deadline fast approaching, United are now focused on completing their remaining business and adding further depth to Carrick’s squad ahead of the new season.
