Manchester United set to prepare €100m for Victor Osimhen

According to a UK publication, The Independent, Manchester United has prepared a woofing amount in the range of €110m to acquire Africa Best player Victor Osimhen from Napoli during the next summer transfer window. 

Victor Osimhen, who has been heavily linked away from the Azzurri’s since he, helped the club to their first title after 33 years, is one of the favorites of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s INEOS Group who is taking over the Manchester United.

According to the Independent, Manchester United are set to make a statement ahead of close rival for the signature of the Nigerian.

“The Nigerian forward has 13 goals this season and helped Napoli win Serie A last time around. Osimhen is wanted by Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and a host of other top teams. He is said to have a €110m release clause in the new contract he signed in Naples recently.”

Osimhen was named Africa Football of the Year a few months ago, accumulating most votes ahead of close rivals Mohamed Salah and Achraf Hakimi, becoming the first Nigeria to be crowned with the prestigious award after Kanu Nwankwo.

Despite representing and guiding the Super Eagles to the first final of the AFCON after 2013, Osimhen has registered 13 goals this season for Napoli.
