Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso said he received a courtesy visit from Peter Obi on Monday night, shortly after Obi completed his screening as a presidential aspirant of the New Democratic Congress.
Kwankwaso disclosed the visit in a statement, noting that Obi came by following the screening exercise.
“The future is bright and full of promise,” Kwankwaso said in his remarks after the meeting.
Obi was recently screened as one of the party’s presidential aspirants ahead of the NDC’s nomination process. Further details on the discussions during the visit were not provided.
